Submitting your opposition intervention letter electronically is the best way to ensure that it arrives before the August 12, 2010 deadline.  To submit electronically please follow these instructions.

Step 1 – Click here.

Step 2 – Click the box labeled 2010-464

Step 3 – Select 20106180

Step 4 – Select “Opposition” from the drop down box.  You can then either type your letter or upload it using.  For a sample letter click here.

Step 5 – Indicate whether you wish to appear at an Oral Hearing, should one be required.  Appearing at an Oral Hearing is not required.

Step 6 – Fill out your personal contact information and check the box acknowledging that you will be providing a copy of your letter to the applicant.

Step 7 – Click next and you’ll be taken to a summary page.  From that page click submit.

Step 8 – A copy of your letter MUST be sent to the applicant.  Forward it to doug@kx96.fm
